Oil on canvas - 44x55cm. framed, (2023)
In my paintings I like delve into the depths of inner worlds—both human and environmental—transforming them into intimate, cinematic scenes infused with quiet emotion. Nestled in a sea of white sheets, the sleeping child shares the frame with a black cat . It’s a moment of quiet intimacy and deep rest. The cat, feels like a sentinel, watching over the child. There is a duality: stillness and vigilance, vulnerability and quiet. The viewer hovers over the cat watching the child like a fly on the wall.
