123×90cm , Oil on canvas, framed, (2026).

Within the home, everyday objects around us accumulate meaning. So it was with these flowers that I had been given - expressions of conventional beauty, of care, of love, of loss. Inspired by Susan Sontag’s essay “The double standards of aging” I wanted to highlight the beauty of these aging flowers. This painting was part of “I am the space where I am”. exhibition in 2026.
